A vibrant, sun-drenched Mediterranean white shaped by volcanic soils and sea-breeze freshness just outside Rome.
Product Overview
Crafted in the volcanic hills of Zagarolo just southeast of Rome, the 2025 Le Coste Vermentino showcases Central Italy’s maritime white grape at its most dynamic. While Vermentino is famed along the coastal edges of Liguria and Sardinia, Lazio’s ancient tufaceous soils infuse this bottling with a distinctive volcanic minerality, laser-focused tension, and inviting aromatic depth.
Aged on fine lees for six months with weekly bâtonnage (lees stirring), Le Coste strikes an effortless balance between crisp, mouthwatering acidity and a silky, textured mid-palate. It is an immediate crowd-pleaser—bright enough for rooftop aperitivi yet structured enough for classic Mediterranean seafood dining.
Tasting Notes

-
Finish: Refreshingly dry, persistent, and distinctly sapid, leaving a lingering trail of saline minerality and Meyer lemon zest.
