Bruno Rocca is a distinguished family winery located in Barbaresco, Piedmont, renowned for producing elegant and expressive Nebbiolo wines. The Rocca family’s roots in the region date back to 1834, when they began cultivating vineyards in the Langhe. A major milestone came in 1958 when Francesco Rocca purchased the prestigious Rabajà vineyard, famous for yielding Barbaresco grapes of exceptional quality. In 1978, Bruno Rocca took over the estate and shifted from selling grapes to bottling wine under his own name, establishing a reputation for refined, terroir-driven Barbaresco.

Today, the 15-hectare estate produces around 65,000 bottles annually, including Barbaresco Rabajà, Barbera d’Alba, Dolcetto d’Alba, and Langhe Nebbiolo. Run by Bruno alongside his children, Luisa and Francesco, the winery operates with certified organic practices, emphasizing respect for the land and minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar. Their wines are known for balance, complexity, and a distinctive sense of place that mirrors the beauty of the Rabajà hills. The Rocca family’s philosophy—“wine is the mirror and soul of the ground”—continues to guide the estate, making Bruno Rocca one of the most respected names in Barbaresco and a benchmark producer in Piedmont.
